1. Membership & Class Participation

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or register for classes independently. Participants under 18 may join with verified parental or guardian consent. Some specialized classes may have specific age, health, or skill requirements that will be clearly stated in the class description.

1.2 Health & Fitness Considerations

Participation in our dance fitness activities involves physical exertion. By joining our classes, you represent that:

• You are in good physical condition and able to safely participate in dance fitness activities
• You have consulted with a physician before beginning any new exercise program if you have pre-existing health conditions
• You will inform our instructors of any injuries, limitations, or medical conditions that may affect your participation
• You understand the inherent risks associated with physical activity

Wholesalecollec reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone whose health condition may present an unreasonable risk to themselves or others.

1.3 Membership Terms

Wholesalecollec offers various membership options with different benefits, durations, and fee structures. The specific terms of your membership, including fees, renewal terms, and benefits, will be provided at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise specified:

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Monthly memberships automatically renew until canceled
• You may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' notice
• Promotional or discounted memberships may have additional terms

1.4 Class Booking & Cancellation

For in-studio and live online classes:

• Advance booking is required for all classes
• You may cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled class start time without penalty
• Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before class) or no-shows will incur a cancellation fee or class credit deduction
• Wholesalecollec reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with reasonable notice

1.5 Retreat Bookings

For our immersive dance retreats:

• Full payment or specified deposit is required to secure your spot
• Cancellations made 60+ days before the retreat start date receive a full refund minus a processing fee
• Cancellations 30-59 days before the start date receive a 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the start date are non-refundable
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all retreats

2. Online Services

2.1 Account Creation

To access our online classes, you'll need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches

2.2 Content Access & Limitations

With a valid membership or purchase:

• You may access our online dance classes and digital content for personal, non-commercial use
• Your access rights are limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable
• Recorded classes are available for the duration specified in your membership plan
• Downloading, recording, or redistributing our content is strictly prohibited
• Technical requirements (internet speed, device compatibility) for optimal viewing are your responsibility

2.3 User Conduct

When using our online platforms, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in disruptive behavior during live online classes
• Use inappropriate language or share inappropriate content
• Attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with our systems
• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against other participants

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services—including but not limited to choreography, music compilations, instructional videos, dance routines, website design, logos, and marketing materials—is owned by Wholesalecollec or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Permitted Use

You may:

• Access and view our content for your personal use
• Practice our choreography for your personal fitness and enjoyment
• Share your experiences with our classes on social media with proper attribution

3.3 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Copy, record, or download our class content
• Use our choreography or teaching methods for commercial purposes
• Teach Wholesalecollec routines to others without authorization
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

4. Payments & Refunds

4.1 Fees & Charges

All fees are stated in Swedish Krona (SEK) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. For recurring memberships, we will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital payment methods. For recurring memberships, you authorize us to charge your payment method on an ongoing basis until you cancel. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

4.3 Refunds

Our refund policy varies by service:

• Memberships: Generally non-refundable; special circumstances may be considered at our discretion
• Single Classes: Non-refundable, but may be transferred to another class within 14 days
• Retreats: Subject to the cancellation policy in section 1.5
• Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical problems with our online services that are within our control, you may be eligible for a refund or credit

5. Liability & Waivers

5.1 Assumption of Risk

By participating in our fitness dance activities, whether in-person or online, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with physical exercise. Dance fitness involves movements that may lead to physical injury if performed incorrectly or by individuals with certain health conditions.

5.2 Release of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Wholesalecollec, its owners, instructors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action relating to injuries, property damage, or other losses that may arise from your participation in our classes and activities.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Wholesalecollec be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our maximum liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or email.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

You may terminate your membership according to the cancellation terms specified in your membership agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
