Not at all! Our classes are designed for all experience levels, from complete beginners to advanced dancers. We offer different class levels and our instructors provide modifications for all movements. Start with our beginner classes like "Cosmic Flow Foundations" to learn the basic movements in a supportive environment.

You can book classes through our website or mobile app. Create an account, purchase a membership or class package, then browse the schedule and book your preferred classes. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance as popular classes fill up quickly.
